When you place an order, the necessary data (name, address, e-mail) is collected and processed by Shopify to fulfil the order, in accordance with the GDPR. The e-mail address submitted via the newsletter is used only for Matrossov Project news.

Products. The prints offered are fine art reproductions of Alexei Matrossov's works, in the original size of each work, made and packed by hand. Each print is sold at €29 incl. VAT.
Order & payment. Payment is made online via Shopify (bank cards, Shop Pay). The order is confirmed by e-mail.
Production & delivery. As each print is made to order, allow 2 to 7 working days of artisanal preparation before dispatch. Shipping costs: Belgium €6 (free from €90), Europe €10, rest of the world €20.
Right of withdrawal. In accordance with European law, you have 14 days from receipt to change your mind. The print must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging; return costs are at your expense. Refund within 14 days of receiving the return.
Claims. Print arrived damaged? Write to us within 48 hours with photos at matrossov.art@gmail.com — we will replace it.
